GOVERNMENT APPROVED THERMALLY CONDUCTIVE SILICONE COMPOUND
DESCRIPTION
Insulgrease SG 841 is an oxide filled silicone base compound. It is well suited for use in heat transfer/thermal management applications in both electrical and electronic components. Insulgrease SG 841 is very similar to Insulgrease SG 741 except for a smaller temperature use range of -100°F to 400°F. It exhibits excellent hydrolytic stability, low toxicity and is also chemically inert. In addition to this, it is a non-corrosive material and provides very good adherence. Insulgrease SG 841 meets A-A-56022 (19 October 1992) which supersedes MIL-C-47113B Type 1 (28 November 1986) and is government approved.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Insulgrease SG 841 may be wiped on or applied with the appropriate dispensing equipment. It may also be applied by spraying, dip coating or brushing when dispersed in a non-polar solvent such as mineral spirits for easier application.

HEALTH CAUTION:
Silicone grease compounds are non-hazardous and practically non-toxic. Avoid prolonged contact with skin; if contact occurs, wash affected areas with soap and water. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, flush with water for 15 minutes; call a physician.
