ITW Insulcast manufactures a complete line of standard and specialty epoxies and silicones designed for potting or encapsulating a wide variety of electrical and electronic equipment. We specialize in two component epoxy and silicone compounds that are thermally conductive, low viscosity and UL 94V-0 certified.
Insulcast has engineered epoxies and silicones which are both general purpose and thermally conductive, greases which contain no carbon or graphite and RTVS primers, dilute solutions of reactive silicone resins which can be used to improve adhesion of micro-electronic coatings and various RTV silicones to a variety of substrates.
